To lose a loved one to suicide, cancer, addiction, an accident, mental illness or to struggle with one or more of these ourselves is a deeply heartbreaking experience. I woke up from a dream with this song in my head and the line "I just need some room to breathe" and finished writing the song within a day (which is a rare for me). Room to Breathe represents the unspoken meaning and healing that we find when we journey into the magnificence of nature and our own true essence. JRZ
